Whether this is a delusion or not is unknown, but her subconscious is instructing her to sing about her and Hamlets sex life, and possible marriage. To the patient, having sex without playting married, and being promised to by Hamlet that they would, is another initiator of Adjustment Disorder. presently she has to adjust to the accompaniment that she has lost her virginity and is not marr ied.
